Bog Myrtle (Myrica gale), a beloved plant ally that we’ve come to know deeply through our time in Scotland, is also native to our home here in the Catskills yet rarely seen. We are honoured to be growing it here at Witchwood and have included it for its extraordinary bug repellent properties. Commonly found in UK bug repellents, but as far as we have found, non-existent here in the States, we are thrilled to introduce this incredible plant to you.
